金黄丝带脆炸大虾
材料: 大虾 | 4只 | 云吞皮 | 150克 | 面粉 | 4汤匙 | 鸡蛋 (打散) | 1个 | 沙律菜 | 适量 | 刀唛橄榄芥花籽油 | 500毫升 |
腌虾料: 酱汁: |

做法:
1. 鲜虾去头、去壳、去肠、留尾,起双飞,洗净后抹干,加入腌料腌约10分钟。
2. 云吞皮切幼丝备用。
3. 虾身上粉、沾蛋汁,再卷上云吞皮。
4. 烧热大锅刀唛橄榄芥花籽油,下大虾炸至金黄熟透。
5. 酱汁料拌匀,即可伴大虾、沙律菜食用。
Deep–fried Wonton Prawns
Ingredients:
4 prawns
150g wonton pastry
4 tbsps flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
Salad vegetables
500mlKnife Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Canola Oil
Marinade for prawns:
Salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
Dipping:
2 tbsps sour cream
4 tbsps mayonnaise
2 tsp llime juice
Method:
1. Remove the head, intestine and shell of the prawn. Leave the tail shell intact. Slice prawns into butterfly shell cut. Clean and wipe dry. Marinade for about 10 minutes.
2. Shred the wonton pastry.
3. Dust the prawns with flour. Dip in beaten egg and roll with wonton pastry.
4. Heat Knife Brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Canola Oil, fry the prawns until golden brown and well done.
5. Mix well the dipping. Serve with the Wonton prawns and salad vegetables.
