健康营养的谷物食谱:
1/4杯米粉(用糙米研磨出来的)
1杯水
一些配方奶粉或者是母乳
用搅拌机或者是食品加工机把大米研磨成粉末,这个很容易完成,但是如果想要追求研磨的更加细腻,推荐使用咖啡研磨机。你可以用普通的大米去研磨,也可以用糙米,不过糙米比普通大米更有营养。把水煮开,加入米粉末,用搅拌器持续搅拌至均匀,再用小火炖10分钟(别忘记要一边搅拌一边炖,防止米粉结锅)
然后加入一些配方奶或者是母乳,让米粉更粘稠,更适合喂宝宝。当宝宝开始接水果的时候,你也可以加入宝宝喜爱的一些果泥。

Contrary to popular belief, there's nothing 'magical' about commercially made infant rice cereal. Making your own is as easy as grinding rice into a powder, then cooking it for 10 minutes. As you can see from our photo, the result is a smooth baby rice that's not only simple to prepare, but is CHEAPER than commercial brands too!
Wholesome Rice Cereal
1/4 cup (around 1 oz) brown rice powder
8 fl oz (1 cup) water
a little formula/breastmilk
To make the rice powder, grind brown rice in a blender or food processor. This is best achieved by grinding in small quantities - but to make the powder REALLY fine, we recommend trying aCoffee and Spice Grinder(advertisement).You can use white rice if you prefer, but this page explains why brown rice is more nutritious.Bring the water to a boil.Add the rice powder, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.Reduce the heat to very low and simmer gently for about 10 minutes (don't forget to keep stirring, or the rice will stick).Then stir in enough formula or breastmilk to give the consistency that's best for your baby.Once baby has been introduced to fruit, you could always add a little of his favourite puree.
